According to the police the young rapper managed to escape the gunfire and is safe and sound. In fact, she herself took to her Instagram handle to tell everyone that she was safe.
What went down
Yung Miami (real name Caresha Brownlee) got shot while she was seated in her Mercedes-Benz SUV. Besides, the vehicle was at a North Miami-Dade music studio.
In a video viral video, Yung Miami narrated how she ran for cover as soon as the shots rang out. In fact, she can be heard saying, “I don’t know where they came from.”
