Fans have recently spotted huge blunder in CBS’ Young Sheldon. There are several continuity errors in CBS’ The Big Bang Theory Spin-off Young Sheldon.
Young Sheldon, just like The Big Bang Theory, became the fan-favorite sit-com from the day one. The show revolves around young Sheldon Cooper, who simply doesn’t find himself fitting in the society and family because of being a fountainhead of science and knowledge.

Young Sheldon Season 3 ended with Sheldon aspiring to join college after receiving offers from top institutes, and his mother trying to not let him pursue the idea. While some fans are waiting for CBS’ Young Sheldon Season 4, which is absolutely on cards, to follow Sheldon’s path of seeking knowledge during graduation, some fans have traveled back in space and time and found some glaring continuity errors in The Big Back Theory prequel.

It’s never easy to satisfy fans. Whenever they find spare time between two seasons, their hungry brains jump-off in search of something in previous seasons. The same happened with Young Sheldon. As fans are unaware of when Young Sheldon Season 4 will be released, they have found a way to keep themselves busy with previous seasons. During this quest, some Big Bang Theory fans have found really huge continuity errors in Young Sheldon Season 1 & 2.
A Reddit user points out a big continuity error between Young Sheldon and Big Bang Theory.
As pointed out by a Reddit user named ‘Miko-Guy’: “In Season 2 Episode 23 [of Big Bang], Howard tells Raj’s parents that his mother kept safety rails on his bed until he was 17.
“However, in the Season 2 finale of Young Sheldon, we see a glimpse of Howard’s room – in which there appear to be no safety rails but Howard is approximately 10 years old.”
This wouldn’t have hindered the space-time continuity of Young Sheldon, and neither Sheldon Cooper would have stressed over it. However, this error has also been lauded by the British Media. And to further embarrass the writers, a video clip is also been running over the internet as proof.
However, the creators of the show weren’t left to fight on their own. Some fans took it on themselves to defend the show’s creators Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro, and their team.
One fan responded to the Reddit thread by saying: “How is that a plot hole? It has nothing to do with the PLOT. It’s a little oversight that makes zero difference.”

Another die-hard fan of CBS’ The Big Bang Theory universe spotted a continuity error in the early episodes of Young Sheldon Season 1. It must be awkward for the creators to face the embarrassment so early in the show, but you can’t hide anything from the fans.
Fans have spotted an error in the scene in which Young Sheldon (Iain Armitage) is having breakfast with his sister Missy (Reagan Revord).
As per a fan: “When Sheldon and Missy are sitting at the table, Missy puts a paper in the basket in front of her. A couple of shots later when she says “sounds right” the paper has disappeared.
“In the next shot, it reappears, in a different position than it was before.”
Another fan spotted an error that could put the show’s production team on trial.
Fans spotted: “When Missy runs through the house at the start the stage lights are reflected in her sunglasses.”
When the fans started hunting for such errors, there was no stopping to it. Some fans found a big error which we felt was deliberately committed by the production team thinking that we wouldn’t notice it.
“We see George hit some trash cans while driving, then a while later he hits some different ones. However the clip we see the second time is the first clip, reused.”
Though these continuity errors in CBS’ The Big Bang Theory enraged a couple of Young Sheldon fans, most of them were cool with it. Young Sheldon has been giving the fans joy rides from its very first episode. So the tiny errors shouldn’t be a spoiler for the fans.
