Kim Kardashian has won a massive lawsuit. And she has been “rewarded” with a colossal $2.8 million. But the fashion company who has suffered a massive loss, Missguided, probably isn’t too happy about the whole scenario.

Well, the company did not suffice here. They went ahead and tagged her in most of their Instagram posts. Well, Kim Kardashian was bound to get irritated some day or the other. And so she did. Or maybe she was just waiting for the right moment to file the lawsuit!
Moreover, she even claimed that the firm used her “persona and trademarks” without her consent to increase their products’ sales. While Kardashian had filed for$ 10 mil lawsuit in February, 2.8 seem to have done the trick.
The final judgment made its way after Missguided failed to be present for the hearing. The court documents quoted, “Defendant Missguided USA Finance Inc. has failed to appear, plead or otherwise defend in this action, and default was entered on March 29, 2019.”
The already rich Kim Kardashian seems to be getting richer every day!
