A Bollywood party became the subject of Twitter discussions and people claimed the stars were all “drugged”
Karan Johar loves to party. And clearly, it shows on his social media handles. This Saturday was no different. But as soon as he shared a clip from his Saturday night party, things on social media took a different turn. People and some politicians were caught in the discussion that the Bollywood stars were “high.”

But this raises the question whether becoming the moral police is the right way to go? Should one really taint the image of someone just because some ‘tainted’ minds make claims with no proofs at all?

Though people were already in the process of speculations, a SAD MLA stirred things up with his tweet. But before that, go ahead, scroll down and watch the clip behind the controversy.
You would see many stars including Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Malaika Arora, Vicky Kaushal, Ranbir Kapoor and Zoya Akhtar.
So, this is the tweet on Karan Johar’s party clip that made matters serious. Manjinder S Sirsa tweeted, “Watch how the high and mighty of Bollywood proudly flaunt their drugged state!!”
But when the stars were being accused of substance abuse, Congress leader Milind Deora strongly refuted these claims. In fact, he went ahead and asked for an “unconditional apology”. He tweeted, “My wife was also present that evening (and is in the video). Nobody was in a “drugged state” so stop spreading lies & defaming people you don’t know! “
But later, in Majinder S Sirsa posted a video in which he said that he was very much certain that the Bollywood actors were doing substance abuse at the party in question. And refused to apologise. He captioned the video, “Neither I know Milind Deora; nor his family. I didn’t share this video to harass anyone but to expose Bollywood stars who are themselves into drugs yet defamed our youth calling them drug addict!! I would never apologise to these drug addicts.”
