If the series’ trailer and photos are any indication, fans are in for a thrilling journey through the world of mystery and lore. To make things more interesting, season 4 will introduce a new villain, and he will be the scariest of them all. Named Vecna, the villain looks as hideous as you can imagine. The fans cannot wait to see what he brings to the table to elevate the new season to new, scarier heights. While the show producers have tried their best to keep the villain a secret, it is now out in the open.

‘Stranger Things’ 4 main villain
The latest monster on the block, Vecna, is inspired by a character from ‘Dungeons and Dragons’, the popular video game. As the makers have also noted that in its fourth season, ‘Stranger Things’ will look more like ‘Game of Thrones’, it can now be unseen that this new monster resembles the Night King, the main villain of the medieval drama.
It appears that Hawkins will face new challenges. It comes at the worst possible time when Eleven is not in town. She is not only physically absent from the city, but she also mentally checked out near the end of last season as she contemplated her powers. So, in the absence of its saviour, how would Hawkins deal with Vecna? As a result, that will be exciting to watch!
‘Stranger Things’ introduces a villain
Vecna carried on the show’s tradition of introducing monsters from ‘Dungeons and Dragons’. Demogorgon and Mind Flayer were the previous two monsters that worked as a nod to the classic game. Based on his appearance and the point in the story at which Vecna has decided to appear, it appears that he will be too much for Hawkins’ teenagers, who have dealt with dangers numerous times before.

The story of ‘Stranger Things’ takes place in the fictional city of Hawkins, and it begins in the 1980s. A group of teenagers discovers some strange events taking place in and around their city.
