Malcolm John Rebennack passed away on Thursday morning. While he suffered from a cardiac arrest, he left numerous fans with a heavy heart.

He was popularly known by his stage name, Dr. John. And he was a member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. He started his career in the late 1950s. Thereafter he became famous as a pianist and a singer on the New Orleans music scene.
Subsequently, he was christened by the name “Dr. John, the Nite Tripper” when he went solo in the late 1960s. What’s more, in 1973 his song “Right Place Wrong Time” peaked at No. 9 on the Billboard chart.
Furthermore, he won another Grammy in the year 2012 for ‘The Best Blues Album’ for the sixth time.
