On Wednesday, Masscheutes prosecutors dropped all charges against Kevin Spacey. The actor was previously accused of groping an 18-year-old. But these grave charges were recently dropped “due to the unavailability of the complaining witness.”
Kevin Spacey is no longer burdened with sexual assault charges

The ‘House of Cards’ actor was facing serious charges which included indecent assault and battery. But recently, the accuser abstained from testifying the same and pleaded the fifth on 8 July. The Fifth Amendment right, under the US constitution, can be invoked any time under which the person has a right to abstain from replying against self-incrimination.
Moreover, Kevin Spacey’s accuser talked of a cellphone that he had allegedly used on the unfateful night. But he failed to produce the said cellphone.
According to the complaint filed by the accuser, Kevin Spacey met him at a restaurant in Nantucket, Massachusetts where he worked. In fact, at that time, the accuser was only a teenager. According to him, he was then groped by Spacey. But the actor always denied these charges.
Last month, a lawsuit was filed too. But it was dropped and ended up raising many eyebrows. So, has justice been served? Share your views in the comments section below.
