Former Miss India Universe penned down the horrific incident in a Facebook post
Ushoshi Sengupta, Miss India Universe 2010, had no clue what was in store as she took an Uber on Monday night. She started off from a five-star hotel in Kolkata with a colleague. Afterward, a mob attacked their Uber. The mob started beating up the driver. But even so, as she rushed to the nearest Kolkata police station for help, the policemen denied. Reason? The area was not under their jurisdiction. After a lot of persuading, a policeman followed her to the site and sacred the mob off. But no, the horror story took a lot more twists and turns.
