In front of the largest crowd, Lewis Hamilton made history. He won the British Grand Prix for a record sixth time. This marked the completion of his affair with Silverstone. And indeed built up his claims to be named as the greatest driver that his sport has ever seen.
Lewis Hamilton is clearly racing to become the gratest

Well, close to 60 members of his extended family attended the event to witness the glory. This is what the F1 racer thinks, “You would think you might get used to something like this. But to raise your home flag in your country? It is the greatest feeling in the world.”
The 34-year-old Lewis Hamilton is a Formula One zealot at heart. Indeed he is a celebrity and earns £40 million a year, but nothing changes his love for the sport. When he was reminded that this was the 80th time he has won, he said, “Wow. I remember growing up watching the greats. It’s amazing now to be up here with them.”
