Hong Kong came out in protest in protest of the Chinese extradition bill
The streets of Hong Kong are filled with millions of protestors. They are all protesting against a bill that China is proposing to take out. This bill will allow extradition from Hong Kong into mainland China. Citizens from all walks of life are coming in to protest against the bill.
Amnesty International, the London based NGO, reacted on the police’s use of immense force. It said that the use of power is a “violation of international law” and have “taken advantage of the violent acts of a small minority as a pretext to use excessive force against the vast majority.”
