Captain Marvel 2 is anticipated beyond expectations
Now that Captain Marvel 2 is confirmed to happen and hit the screens sometime in 2022, people have been wondering what the plot would unfold. What I did is basically combine all the theories and rumours to form a story line that this MCU production might resonate with, when it is released.
Make way for SWORD
Captain Marvel 2 will allegedly be centralized around SWORD. A SHIELD equivalent but in space, this organisation will have Captain Marvel as one of its agents who are fighting against a horrifying cosmic threat. There will be a secret invasion involving a few skrull refugees hiding on earth trying to escape from a Skree squadron led by Jude Law’s Yon Rogg. The SWORD will have Captain Marvel assemble a team of female superheroes like Ms Marvel, Spider-Woman, She-Hulk, Valkyrie, Scarlet Witch, and Mighty Thor. Sounds exciting, right?
Welcome a brand new hunk to the roster
If rumours are to be believed, Alexander Ludwig could play a major role in Captain Marvel 2. Hulkling is a Kree-Skrull hybrid disguised as a regular high school student Teddy Altman.

Why A-Force?
An alien army called Brood will be compromising the SWORD base. Turns out, only Male members could be compromised. Hence, the need for an all consuming roster of female superheroes. Captain Marvel and the girls will be fighting to kill Brood Empress in order to stop the aliens from infiltrating and destroying planets.
Well, this sure would be absolutely thrilling to watch considering it would probably be the first time that the MCU production is female centric in more ways than one.
With all the skrull- Kree drama unfolding and the secret invasion turning out to be even more difficult to deal with due to an added alien situation, Captain Marvel 2 will have a lot going on. Can’t wait, can you?
