After the recent death of Cameron Boyce, Disney Channel made the announcement that they are not going to go through the red carpet premiere event for his latest movie ‘Descendants 3.’ Boyce was only 20 when he died as a result of a seizure. Indeed his death came as a shock to all.

Disney added, “We’re proud to be part of Cameron Boyce’s legacy by showcasing his talents on screen but we are cancelling the red carpet premiere event for ‘Descendants 3’ (scheduled for July 22) and instead, The Walt Disney Company will make a donation to the Thirst Project, a philanthropic organization to which Cameron was deeply committed. With permission from the Boyce family, Disney Channel will dedicate the telecast of ‘Descendants 3’ in Cameron Boyce’s memory.”
Boyce’s death was the result of epilepsy. The young actor was famous for his role in ‘Grown Ups’ alongside Adam Sandler. Recently, his father shared Cameron Boyce’s last image hours before his death.
