Jim Parsons and Kaley Cuoco are two stars in the comedy sitcom ‘The Big Bang Theory’. Jim was a scientist named Dr Sheldon Cooper, who lives with his best friend and fellow scientist, Dr Leonard Hofstadter. Sheldon’s character was the genius of a child. At the age of eleven, he went to college, and by the time he was 16, he had already finished his PhD.

Sheldon does not comprehend the simple aspects of socialization, despite having an IQ of 187. He likes to boast about his intelligence as well and likes to impose his way on everything. Kaley Cuoco, aka Penny, lives across the hall from the boys. She’s an aspiring actress working as a waitress. More significantly, unlike her two nerdy neighbours, she is normal. Penny and Sheldon, the two very distinct characters, rarely get along in the show, but their strange coupling makes for good TV. Off-screen, Kaley and Jim have a friendly relationship. Over the more than ten years that the sitcom was on the air, here’s what Kaley Cuoco and Jim Parsons have to say about their friendship.
Kaley Cuoco and Jim Parsons secret relationship
One would assume, or at least hope, that the best of friends would be the two co-stars of every show, but that doesn’t look like the case for Jim Parsons and Kaley Cuoco. In the case of Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki, their relationship on the screen even spilt over to their real lives. Actually, they’d been dating for a few years. They wanted to keep it a secret as they were concerned that the show would be harmed.

Here is what Cuoco said about their relationship. AOL reports: “It was such a huge part of my life and no one knew about it”, Cuoco said.
“It was a wonderful relationship but we never spoke a word about it and never went anywhere together. We were so protective of ourselves and the show and didn’t want anything to ruin that. We knew how to keep it deep inside and never bring it on that set, ever.”
Despite Parsons promising that the WhatsApp group chat of the cast was “going strong” long after the end of ‘The Big Bang Theory’, Cuoco told “People Magazine” that since the finale she had not spoken so much to the cast.
Either Parsons lied, or there’s a booming group chat, without her. It does not help that there were reports in the aftermath of Parsons pulling the plug on the show of the two feudings.

It’s well known that Jim Parsons and Johnny Galecki (who played Sheldon Cooper and Leonard Hofstadter, respectively) are very close to each other in real life. Both actors have a lot in common and their bond has resulted in their characters having a good chemistry on TV. We have no doubt that they will remain in touch even after the show is over.
Additionally, Parsons once revealed that he also talked to Simon Helberg (who played Howard Wolowitz) often on the set and he will miss this co-star.
“I’m going to miss Simon Helberg in particular; we spend a lot of time together, we go back and forth to our dressing rooms, we’ve been talking for almost 12 years now.”
Another pair that got close on ‘The Big Bang Theory’ is Galecki and Mayim Bialik. They first met long before Bialik joined ‘The Big Bang Theory’ — in the 1990s, Bialik had her own TV show ‘Blossom’, and Galecki starred briefly as one of her love interests. After working together on ‘Blossom’, the two of them continued to stay in contact with each other, so it seems they will likely remain on good terms even after ‘The Big Bang Theory’.
