âI donât even know if thatâs possible,â she told WSJ Magazine in an interview. In fact, the secret to her infinitesimally small waist was a Mister Pearl corset that she concealed under her silicon and silk dress.

This is how she describes her experience with the corset, âI have never felt pain like that in my life.â Besides, she went on to admit that the corset ended up leaving marks on her body. âIâll have to show you pictures of the aftermath when I took it off â the indentations on my back and my stomach.â
While her ribs were right where they were meant to be, Kim Kardashian confessed that she had to actually learn how to breathe through the difficult dress before hitting the red carpet at the Met Gala.
In fact, she took lessons for the skill of breathing in a corset.
