In a rollicking trailer, Rick continues to drag Morty through dungeons and inter-dimensional high jinks combating alien monsters in the fourth season’s final five episodes. It offers fans a peek at the misadventures awaiting the grandfather-grandson duo, donning mech suits and shooting giant slimy bugs and tentacled monsters while diving into vats of acid.
Rick and Morty Season 4 split into two parts
The fourth season of Rick and Morty’s first five episodes premiered on 10th November 2019. But, it didn’t so happen with the second half of the series.
The fans’ hopes were left high and dry when they found out that the much-awaited return of The Adult Swim Series Rick and Morty Season Four (after two years) will return with shortened episodes. And, instead of the usual 10 or 11 episodes, Rick and Morty Season Four will drop with just 5 episodes.

Fans were left extremely confused, as, in May 2018, Rick and Morty were re-ordered for 70 episodes. After enraged fans took to Twitter to convey their dismissal, the makers of the show re-assured the audiences that it would bring back rest of Rick and Morty Season Four at some point in time. They also confirmed that Season 4 has been split into two parts with the other half pegged with no specific date in 2020.
