Did you recently buy Robinson’s Fruit Shots at McD, Tesco or Costco? Well, you might have to rethink your decision. The beverage has been recalled from the stores after FSA (Food Standards Agency) brought to light its deathly side- The caps could lead to a choking hazard! The agency speculated that the bottle caps of apple and blackcurrant flavored drink could detach and might lead to choking. So, even if you have the bottles in the store, do check the caps before letting your young ones have a sugar rush.
After warning by FSA, the owner of Robinson’s Fruit Shots, Britvic, put out orders for product recall.
These Fruit Shoot bottles are a Well-liked lunch-box treat for children. To add to the glory, they use a ‘sports styled’ cap. But the idea that they could choke a child, is frightening to even imagine.

If we are to believe the Britvic, the reports have been “small” in number. But even so, as a precautionary measure Robinson’s Fruit Shots have been recalled.
