Once again the news of Henry Cavill getting replaced in Season 2 of Netflix’s The Witcher is doing rounds, and this time it’s WWE star Bray Wyatt taking his place.
A few days ago, fans were enraged over the news of Netflix thinking of recasting for The Witcher and replacing Henry Cavill with another actor. After a lot of speculations and rumours, it was later made clear that Netflix isn’t having any second thoughts regarding Henry Cavill playing Witcher in The Witcher Season 2. The casting for a new Witcher was taking place, but it was for a new character. It’s not even been a month, and once again a similar rumour is spreading over the town. This time, it’s WWE star Bray Wyatt who’s willing to replace Henry Cavill in The Witcher Season 2. And we are not sure if this is actually only a rumour.

- Previously Joel Adrian was rumored to replace Henry Cavill in The Witcher Season 2.

WWE star Bray Wyatt wants to replace Henry Cavill in The Witcher Season 2.
This is not a rumour but certainly a real thing.
From the very moment, Bray Wyatt tweeted that he’s willing to join The Witcher Season 2, fans and media experts are calculating the possibilities. Because no one tweets such a thing out of the air, not especially if you are a known personality.
The star himself expressed this wish through a Tweet. And the fans are not sure what to feel about his wish.
Until and unless there had been discussions and exchange of dialogue with the WWE star Bray Wyatt regarding joining The Witcher, starring Henry Cavill, there’s no reason he’s tweeting something like that.
WWE stars joining Hollywood is not a new thing. In the past, we have seen The Rock, aka Dwayne Johnson, joining Hollywood and instantly becoming a fan-favorite star with the movies like ‘Fast and Furious’ franchise and ‘Jumanji: Welcome to The Jungle’ & ‘Jumanji: The Next Level’.
Dave Bautista is another name from the wrestling-league who joined Hollywood. Do you remember ‘Drax – the destroyer’ from MCU’s Guardians of The Galaxy franchise? Yes, that’s Dave Bautista.
Previously Joel Adrian was rumored to replace Henry Cavill in The Witcher Season 2.
Before the news of WWE star Bray Wyatt willing to replace Henry Cavill in the Witcher Season 2, we heard the rumours of Netflix considering Joel Adrian for the same purpose.
Netflix’s The Witcher show is based on the novel ‘The Witcher’ by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. Henry Cavill plays the lead character Geralt of Rivia, who is a Witcher.
The story has several other Witchers. When Netflix made a casting call for the character of a Witcher for Season 2, everyone started speculating, as every Witcher present in the Novel has already been casted in the show.
However, it turned out that Netflix is bringing in an original Witcher character named, Hemrik, and Joel Adrian is probably in the line for the same.
What’s the truth about WWE star Bray Wyatt replacing Henry Cavill in The Witcher?
Fortunately, this is just another hoax. It’s true that WWE star Bray Wyatt has expressed his wish to join The Witcher in Season 2, but it has nothing to do with Henry Cavill’s character.
In a recent tweet, Wyatt posted concept art for one of The Witcher’s character and wrote:
“Dear @witchernetflix, if you need someone to play this role specifically I know a guy who could pull it off.”
At first glance, anyone would think its Wyatt himself wearing the costume. And for the same purpose, Wyatt also wrote in the caption, “PS. It’s me. Quite literally.”
There were plans to have a character in The Witcher looking exactly like the concept Wyatt posted on Twitter. Seems like Wyatt got a grab on that concept art and thought he might actually get a shot on this one.
Nice try Wyatt!
