Why did Vince Gilligan’s multi-million dollar show get rejected before AMC struck gold?
Gilligan didn’t always have the success with ideas that he had in mind. It is also interesting to know that the show that paid 225,000 dollars per episode almost didn’t make it to the television world.
Like so many other Hollywood directors before him, Gilligan eagerly wrote a pilot and started shopping for a network. He described his idea for ‘Breaking Bad’ as turning Walter White “from Mr Chips into Scarface”. Only one network agreed to take a chance on the idea.

According to reports, Showtime turned down ‘Breaking Bad’ because it was too similar to their show ‘Weeds’. Meanwhile, HBO didn’t want to have a show about a meth dealer, and TNT expressed the same sentiments.
Bryan Cranston doesn’t believe Walter White completely died
Ever since the neo-Western crime drama series ended, fans have had some big questions about ‘Breaking Bad’ and the show’s characters, which have all been left unanswered. One such question being: “Did Walter White really die?”

During a 2018 appearance on Conan, Cranston slyly indicated that Walt could have survived the finale. “Maybe Walter White did get away with it,” he says to Conan O’Brien while making an inquisitive face.
What are the chances of a Season 6 renewal?
There are quite a few reasons why the show should be renewed for a season 6. To begin with, the plot holes that have been unexpectedly created have not been solved yet.

The mystery of what happened to Huell after he was asked to stay at the safe house, or what Flynn did with the 9 million dollars that his father saved for him before he died, or why did Walter White never choose another career path even though he had several degrees in hand?
Besides plotholes, fans are eagerly waiting to know what would happen if Walter White really survived. Even if he really died, what would be in store for them in season 6 is what they are most eager to know.
While there has been no official statement by the showrunners or actors, there are many speculations that suggest that the show will be renewed very soon. Perhaps, Netflix might finally decide to reboot the show just like it has with many others in the past.
