Venus Williams lost to 15-year-old at Wimbledon

Cori Gauff had once stated that it was her “dream” to face at least one of the William sisters.
And so she did. But the 24-year-old gap of age and experience seemed to evaporate on stage. She stupefied her opponent in one hour and 19 minutes and won by 6-4, 6-4.
Not only this, but Cori Gauff is also the youngest woman to have qualified in the tournament. No words could describe her splendid win against the five-time champion, “Honestly I don’t know how to feel. It’s the first time I have ever cried after winning a match. I don’t know how to explain how I feel.”
Her priceless expressions said all.
Cori Gauff is indeed a history in the making.
