Hollywood superstar Dwayne Jhonson, popularly known as ‘The Rock’, announced his retirement from WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment).
Eight time WWE champion, The Rock announced his retirement.
Dwayne Johnson played his last WWE match in 2016 against Wyatt brothers at WrestleMania 32.
In 1996, Dwayne Johnson made his WWE debut on Monday Night RAW. Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) won six Wrestlemania matches in his career. He won only one Royal Rumble which was in the year 2000.

Speaking on a chat show, Live with Kelly and Ryan in the States’, Johnson said: “I miss wrestling. I love wrestling. I quietly retired from wrestling because I was lucky enough to have a wonderful career and accomplish what I wanted to accomplish. But there’s nothing like a live crowd, live audience, live microphone.”
Dwayne Johnson is the only wrestler to host WrestleMania. He hosts WrestleMania 27 in 2011.
