Saina lost her 2nd match of the Thailand Open 2019 against Japan’s Ayaka Takahashi.
Saina Nehwal and Khosit Phetpradab won their first match in the Thailand Open 2019, comfortably.
Saina won the first set of the match comfortably but lost in the last two sets of the match.
Saina Nehwal won the first set by 21-16. World no. 8 Saina Nehwal lost last two sets of the match by 11-21 and 14-21. In the second set of the match, Saina scored only 11 points.
On the other hand, Kidambi Srikanth lost the last two sets of the match by 16-21 and 12-21. Srikanth also won the first set of the match, same like Saina.
Japnese shuttler Ayaka Takahashi beat Indian shuttler Saina Nehwal. Local shuttler Khosit Phetpradab beat India’s Kidambi Srikanth. Ayaka Takahashi’s next match is on August 2 with Indonesia’s Fitriani.
