Assuming drivers had high excitement of beginning another season, many may be finding it difficult to find alternatives with the postponement of races. However, that does not apply to Lando Norris.
Norris has found comfort in his home. He has decided to participate in an e-sports racing tournament with friends organized by Veloce Esports and organized by Twitch.TV. Norris’ twitter posts of him racing with footballer Thibaut Courtois and former F1 driver Stoffel Vandoorne went viral.

On March 17, 2019, Formula 1 CEO Chase Carey sent an open letter to the fans, explaining the situation of the sport. Carey said,
“We recognize everyone wants to know what comes next for Formula 1 in 2020. We cannot provide specific answers today given the fluidity of the situation. However, we plan to get the 2020 Championship season underway as soon as it’s safe to do so.”
