In 2018, France’s coach Didier Deschamps won the award. He won the award of the Best Men’s coach in 2018, after guiding Les Bleus to the title at the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Former Spanish footballer Pep Guardiola is seen as one of the favorites for Best Men’s coach of the year award, after guiding Manchester City to the domestic treble. Former German footballer Jurgen Klopp is also on the shortlist after guiding Liverpool to only their sixth European Cup.
