Koji Miyoshi received a pass in open space, turned the ball to his right foot and scored a beauty in the 25th minute.
Uruguay scored when a penalty was awarded with the help of VAR, and Luis Suárez didn’t miss.

Japan once again took the lead thanks to a second goal by Miyoshi to make it 2-1 in the 59th minute.
Gimenez headed in Nicolas Lodeiro’s cross in the 66th minute to equalize and make it 2-2 draw.
Despite all the attempts and hard work, the winner didn’t come, and the best match of this year’s Copa América ended in a draw that is completely fair.
Both teams were just too good to lose this one.
