IPL 2019: A little sneak peek before the match between KKR and RCB
The last time they met the two teams met, Royal Challengers Bangalore were put on the rack by Andre Russell. He has been a pain individually for all the opponents. Russell too believes on himself and said “Once I am there, I know anything is possible” after the game on 5th April. Russell completely screwed RCB by smacking 48 runs in just 13 deliveries.
Since then, KKR has only won once against Rajasthan Royals out of four games. From a team that wasn’t putting a foot wrong in the first five games and was holding top position in the table has moved down to sixth. KKR has been struggling with bat and ball continuously from the previous three games.
For RCB this has been a season of suffering from the beginning. RCB has only managed to achieve one win out of the eight matches played. In the start of the season, Challengers lost quite close games, later on, they were dominated by the opponents. Virat and boys will still look out for the remaining games to save even the slightest of the chance to qualify for the playoffs.
The major worry for KKR tonight is an injured Russell. There are still speculations if he will be playing tonight or not.
