India beat West Indies by 59 runs (DLS method) in the 2nd ODI at Port of Spain
India won the 2nd match of the ODI series against West Indies by 59 runs (DLS method) at Trinidad.
Virat Kohli scored a brilliant hundred which helped India to win the 2nd ODI of the series.
India won the toss and elected bat first. Shikhar Dhawan got out early on 2 runs. After Dhawan’s wicket, Kohli and Rohit build a good partnership of 74 runs. In the16th over, Rohit lost his wicket. After Rohit’s wicket, Pant got out in the 23rd over.
After losing three wickets, Virat Kohli and Shreyas Iyer build a match-winning partnership of 125 runs. Virat Kohli scored his 42nd ODI hundred. Virat Kohli scored 120 runs in 125 balls. In the 42nd over of the match, Kohli lost his wicket. After Kohli’s wicket, India continuously loss wickets. India’s lower middle order failed to give a good finish. India gave the target of 280 runs to West Indies in 50 overs.
