William Reed Business Media has released its new “World’s 10 Best Restaurants” list- and its the one that many were expecting.
Mirazur in Menon, France has taken the No. 1 spot at the World’s 10 Best Restaurant Awards in Singapore- an event considered the Oscars of the fine-dining world.

- The accolade adds to a remarkable year that began with Mirazur being awarded its third Michelin star.
- “France allows me to express myself,” The Argentinian-Italian chef Mauro Colagreco told the crowd, but “cuisine is able to cross all kinds of borders.”
- Just like the name, Noma 2.0, Rene’ Redzepi’s Copenhagen restaurant came in at number 2 on the 2019 World’s 10 Best Restaurants list.
- Number three on the list is Asador Extebarri in Atxondo, Spain, which was surprisingly on number 10 in 2018’s list.
- The award for The World’s Best Female Chef has goe to Daniela Soto-Innes, of Cosme in New York, which came in at number 23 on the 50’s list.
- The Best Pastry Chef award was given to Jessica Préalpato of Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée in Paris.
