Heritage Xperiential Learning School, Gurgaon tops EW India School Ranking Survey in co-ed day school category
Gurgaon based Heritage Xperiential Learning School (HXLS) has added another feather in its cap by securing a top spot as number 1 co-ed day school in the 13th annual Education World India School Rankings (EWISR) 2019-20 survey. The ranking is done by coveted Education World magazine in association with C Fore, Delhi.

Heritage Xperiential Learning School has been in EW India School Survey’s top ranks for the past couple of years now securing the second spot in 2018, 5th in 2017, 6th in 2016 and 7th in 2015. The institute consistently rose up in the ranking over the years based on its quality education, great infrastructure, sports facilities, value for money proposition, qualified teachers among other factors to finally secure the top spot.

The Winning Education Model
Heritage Xperiential Learning School tops EWISR on its CBSE and international curriculum which is based on a project-based experiential learning model. Apart from it, the institute is lauded by the parents for life skill education, sports facilities, inculcating leadership and management skill in children from a young age. The institute is well known for investing highly in teacher’s learning and development. It also has the best teacher to student ratio 1:9, in NCR.
A sample of 12223 respondents that constituted of teachers, school principals, educators, senior school students were interviewed to ranks India’s top 1000 schools nationally, state-wise and city wise. Based on 14 parameters such as reputation, quality of education, competency of faculty, value for money, safety and hygiene, sports, infrastructure and other factors are then further categorized.
EW India School Ranking Method
EWISR independently conducts the largest, most comprehensive, primary school survey in the world. Dilip Thakore, the founder editor of Education World told Daily Pioneer, “With India’s Top 1,000 primary-secondary schools ranked nationally, in their states, cities and according to all 14 parameters of K-12 education excellence, over the past 13 years, the annual EWISR has evolved into the world’s most detailed schools rankings survey.”
EWISR survey rates and ranks top 1000 schools in total 10 categories including Day: co-ed, Day-Boarding, Boarding Co-ed, International Day, Day Boarding and Residential. Government schools, school for children with special needs and Privet schools are ranked separately.
Other schools in Delhi NCR that appeared in the top 10 list are Step by Step, Shri Ram School, Sanskriti School, The Mothers International School, Springdales School among others.
