Alva Johnson, a campaign staffer during now President’s 2016 campaign, is suing Mr Trump for allegedly giving her an unwanted kiss on the mouth.
One of Mr President’s attornies uploads a 15-second video clip which Trump identifies as the alleged incident being.
Harder describes the video as credible evidence to put the allegations to rest.
Alva Johnson speaks out, saying that the video is stripped of essential evidence.
She also alleges that the defence team gave her a short hidden clip in 8 hours worth of unrelated video footage before her deposition.
The video shows the President giving Alva a kiss on her cheek. Whether Trump gave her a mouth to mouth cannot be confirmed yet.
Harder commented on the fiasco, saying he hopes “the court filing would provide a fair and balanced report rather than simply quoting their nonsense.”
