- When Charles Boyle hands out his STD cards
- NYPD face-off with NYFD
- Mission: Kidnap Jason Stentley
Here’s a complete list of the most ROFL moments in the Brooklyn Nine-Nine runtime–
When Charles Boyle hands out his STD cards
Charles is surely one of the most gullible people you will meet on the show. After a crooked marriage and separation, our atta boy is determined to get married for a second time.
However, when he is sending out the invitations for his marriage in the precinct, the invitation reads as ‘STDs, Save the dates for Vivan and my marriage.’ To which Jake sarcastically asks, “Hey, Charles how many people have you given STDs to?” And, innocent Charles responds by saying a hundred! Poor Charles. Yet, the segment ticked the precinct and the audiences into a spill of laughter.
When Jake meets cannibal prisoner
Is there even a thing like a cannibal prisoner? Well, the makers of the show will leave no stone unturned in an attempt to make you laugh. Now, even if it calls for introducing something as absurd as a cannibal prisoner.
There’s a moment in the show where Jake meets Charles in order to seek information about the missing hearts of victims. Turns out, Caleb candidly affirms he would gouge out the hearts of his victims after killing them. However, the part wherein Caleb tries to chew Jake’s hands is sure to crack you up.
When Jake turns up late for a meeting with Holt
It’s usual for Jake to turn up late for meetings. That guy is lazy and super unprofessional. However, one time when Holt calls Jake for a meeting and he ends up landing himself late for the meeting, Holt is determined to punish him. The entire sequence is hilarious as Holt gives a hi-five to all the members in the precinct and burning Jake to the top. (Jake hates hi-fives)
When Jake is officer-in-charge for protecting Hitchcock from spilling over all his food
Captain Holt holds Jake officer-in-charge of protecting Hitchcock from spilling food on himself. But a hot argument ensues between them and Hitchcock spills jars full of spaghetti sauce over himself. The quarrel depicted between Holt and Jake will make you laugh your guts off!
New York Police Department Face-Off with New York Fire Department
It’s known to the fans that NYFD and the NYPD don’t share the best of relationship. They’re always one-upping each other in terms of cases solved. So this one point where it came to prove who is better, NYPD along with NYFD fixate at a drinking game. NYPD is losing and that’s when Captain Holt steps in like a Bravo and chugs three bottles of alcohol. You’ve to tune into Season 6 of Brooklyn Nine-Nine to cherish Holt’s reactions thereafter. It’s better left unsaid.
Mission Kidnap Jason Stentley
Certainly, one of the most epic scenes of the show is this one. The NYPD squad schemes against kidnapping CJ (Jason Stentley). The butt of all jokes is a milk joke that will sure set you off into a peal of bursting laughter.
