Diplodocus

- This 99-feet long dinosaur lived 145-50 million years ago. Diplodocus was herbivores with a neck more than 20-feet long with 16-18 vertebrae.
- It was first identified in North America in 1877 and is believed to have a tail with 80 vertebrae to counter-balance his neck.
Brachiosaurus

- Living in the early Cretaceous period, Brachiosaurus was a warm-blooded animal. His neck was 33 feet long and weighed more than 90 tons.
- The name brachiosaurus(meaning arm lizard) was given to them because of their longer forelimbs.
Camarasaurus

- Camarasaurus also lived 15 million years ago during the Jurassic period. His structure looked like a chambered lizard, hence the name Camarasaurus.
- It weighed as much as 4 African elephants i.e. 20-30 tons and was 65 feet long.
Alamosaurus

- Alamosaurus lived 73 million years ago during the Late Cretaceous period. It was a 28-feet high, 75 feet long dinosaur and was first discovered in New Mexico in 1922.
- It was a herbivore and always noted in large herds of thousands of dinosaurs.
Argentinosaurus

- This 100-tons dinosaur lived 100 million years ago and can grow up to 120 feet.
- They were said to be slow as a turtle and used to grow 25,000 times from childhood to adulthood.
Apatosaurus

- This Tithonian age dinosaur was 75 feet long, with an average weight of 16.4-22.4 tons.
- They were the family member of Diplodocusand is among the longest creature who walked on the earth.
