How Has Coronavirus Crises Re-shaped and Affected The US Elections 2020?
A few months back US President Donald Trump was on an all time high and looked totally invincible against the weak Democrats. Then happened the brutal pandemic. The coronavirus outbreak has compeltely changed the scenario and Trump is not formiddable anymore. On the other hand Democrats have found much necessary momentum with Joe Biden clealry the de facto candidate for the presidency.
Not to mention, coronavirus has changed the election game upside down and 2020 election could be the shortest ever elections in the hsitory of United States.
As Bernie Sanders susepnds his campaign and Joe Biden being the front runner for Democrats — Trump failing to handle cover-19 effectively — Let’s look at the how all of this has potentially changed and reshaped 2020 US President elections.
These are two leading voices in America as of today when coronavirus has deveastaed the whole country. We are already seeing — coronavirus has slowed down Trump (73) and Biden (78) will have difficult times ahead.
Are The Elections Getting Postponed?
November 3, is when Americans will cast their vote to choose their next President. This is a federal law governed date and none whosoever including Trump can alter the date. If at all anything of that sorts has to happen, it can only be with congress enacting the legistation and then Trump signing it. There are indications that if coronavirus pandemic continues to ruin America like it has in last two weeks — anything can happen…
Bernie Sanders Failed, Trump Blinded And Joe Biden Jumping Out Of His Knickers
The final roadblock to a potentially epic showdown between Joe Biden and Donald Trump in November has taken itself off the grid with Bernie Sanders suspending his campaign. The Democratic Socialist, Bernie Sanders has stepped down as the nominee for the upcoming presidential elections saying “path toward victory is virtually impossible”.
Of course, Trump is blinded and unaware of Joe Biden coming at him with full force, now that Bernie Sanders is back in the barn. Jumping out of your knickers with joy, are you Joe Biden?
While Bernie has not been very popular for taking himself out of a presidential race with dignity, it has been speculated that there must be something stronger at play.
Which All States Have Postponed The Primary Elections Due To Coronavirus Outbreak?
16 states — Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Wyoming and Puerto Rico have rescheduled the primaries or suggested a voting by mail options. The deadlines have been extended by all.
These elections are insignificant considering Bernie sanders has becked out giving Joe Biden a green signal to be de facto Democrat nominee — still elections will have to take place for the sake of it but not before May end or June 2020 due to coronavirus crises.
Why Bernie Sanders Still Stay On Democratic Primary Elections Ballot?
After Bernie Sanders, announced the suspension of his presidential campaign he announces he will remain on ballot hoping to continue to gather delegates and have influence over the party platform.
Also Bernie backing out does not automatically make Joe Biden the offical Democratic candidate — he still would need to receive the party’s nomination.

Today’s order will preserve that right.

Will Convention Still Be A Big Deal?
In the national conventions the delegates pick the official party’s nominee. The democratic national convention — where Joe Biden is expected to be officially notmiated as the party’s presidential candidate will take place in August 2020. Similarly Republican national convention will officially nominate Trump as their candidate for the post President.

How Will Camapiaging Happen During Coronavirus Crises?
The experts are expecting that the crises will end sooner rather than later and therefore the next focus will be — The White House race. Since The US had held mid-term elections in 1918 due to deadly spanish flu outbreak. That said: There are Lessons from the scenario of the Elections in 1918.
However President Trump is continuuing his much ridiculed press briefings and putting forward his political agenda on a daily basis where in Joe Biden will certainly find it difficult to communicate with his audience during these times and any rallies are out of question. We will have to see to what extent Biden can manage his camapign through virtual town halls.
What If, Elections Are Being Carried Through Vote-By-Mail?
There are already talks of delaying elections or changing it to ‘All-Mail Elections‘. For such elections, all registered voters receive a ballot in the mail. The voters mark the ballot, puts it in a sealed enevelope, sign off an affidavit on the exteriors of the mailing envelope and then return the package via mail or dropping it off.
Does Vote-by-Mail Favor Democrats — Or Is It a False Argument By Trump?
President Trump said that if the United States switched to all-mail voting, “you’d never have a Republican elected in this country again.”
Representative Thomas Massie, a Kentucky Republican, said universal mail voting would be “the end of our republic as we know it.”
There are apprenehsions around vote-by-mail but nothing substantial proves that the concept favours democrats.
Will Coronavirus Crises Be The Key Issue In The US Elections 2020?
Many experts suggest that with economic slowdown combined with negative approval ratings for Trump — he may find himself in a spot of bother. So if we are to believe expert reports and furthermore if Trump fails to manage coronavirus crises and boost the US economy, it would give Democrats and Joe Biden a massive victory in the US elections 2020.
Though voters very well realise Trump is not responsible for recession but they may still hold him accountable coronavirus crises. Trump himself knows covid-19/coronavirus will be a significant issue in the upcoming elections.
Nonetheless, it is still early days for US elections 2020. But we can’t ignore the fact that president trump is 73 and Joe Biden is 77— that said: it can’t be ruled out what if one of two leaders contract coronavirus in the lead-up to the US elections 2020. We shall keep DKODING the other side of the story for you.
