After the news of Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson getting infected by Coronavirus on the sets of “Elvis Presley” in Australia, the Warner Bros. has decided to not risk the cast and Stars of their movies.
Warner Bros., who had been one of the only production houses continuing filming of its movies while every other production house halted the shooting, has to make a decision of halting the shoot of “The Batman” for two weeks. A statement from the studio stated “Warner Bros. Pictures feature production of ‘The Batman’ will hiatus filming for two weeks beginning today. The studio will continue to monitor the situation closely.”
Coronavirus concern affecting the production of movies and shows in Hollywood and around the world

On Friday night Universal Pictures also stopped production of its several movies including “Jurassic World: Dominion” and “Flint Strong.
The shooting of Mission Impossible 7 starring Tom Cruise, which was to take place in Venice, has also been halted due to the lockdown in Italy. Not only the movies into production but also the movies awaiting their release have been affected due to the lockdowns and the fear of COVID-19 around the world. The release of movies like “Fast & Furious 9”, Disney’s “Mulan”, and “A Quiet Place Part II” have also been halted for an unknown period.
