PM Narendra Modi honoured with UAE highest civilian honour ‘Zayed Medal’
What great news to hear. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been lauded with United Arab Emirates (UAE) ‘Zayed Medal‘. Zayed Medal is the highest civilian honour of UAE. This medal is presented to kings presidents and heads of states. PM Modi was bestowed with the medal for promoting friendship between the Emirates and India.
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed who is the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi tweeted about the same referring PM Modi as his “dear friend”.
We have historical and comprehensive strategic ties with India, reinforced by the pivotal role of my dear friend, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who gave these relations a big boost. In appreciation of his efforts, the UAE President grants him the Zayed Medal.

PM Modi too replied the Crown Prince with utter courtesy

Sheikh Mohamed praised the values of Indian society. He was highly appreciable of the qualities that exist in India’s culture like its coexistence and respect.
PM Modi has toured the UAE three times in the last three years. Not only this, even the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi came to India as the Chief Guest for Republic Day in 2017.
We truly hope such prosperity keeps coming into our country.
