80-yr-old donates pension money to Nara Lokesh for his election expenditure
An 80-year-old man, who gets Rs 2,000 as pension from Andhra Pradesh government, on Sunday donated the money to IT Minister Nara Lokesh for his election campaign expenditure.
The man identified as Maula Ali is a beneficiary of the state government’s welfare pension scheme.
He made the contribution at Revendrapadu village in Guntur district.
Andhra Pradesh, which has 25 Lok Sabha seats at stake, will vote in a single phase on April 11. Results will be declared on May 23. (ANI)
