Marvel fans have to wait a little longer now to witness the fourth phase. Coronavirus pandemic has cost way too much to the film industry and the movies that were supposed to be released have been allotted new dates to follow the social distancing norms and prevent the spread of this virus.

Black Widow
Before the coronavirus outbreak, Natasha Romanoff was going back to Russia to deal with her past and with the close ones left there. The movie was going to feature Red Guardian, Russian captain America but Marvel has decided to delay it until the pandemic situation ends and the new release date for this movie now is November 6, 2020.
The events in the movie are set around the events of Captain America: Civil war. It is a prequel movie of sorts. The movie’s villain is Taskmaster.
The Eternals
The Eternals are an offshoot of the evolutionary process that created sentient life on Earth. They have been living among humans for centuries and defending us from unexpected threats. The Eternals is in its post-production and have completed the shooting. Chole Zhoa is directing from a script by Matthew and Ryan Firpo.
The movie is going to feature some of the well-known faces of the industry. Like Richard Madden and Kit Harrington from Game of Thrones are going to play the roles of Ikaris and Dane Whitman accordingly, and Angelina Jolie is going to do her debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Thena. The new release date for the movie is February 12, 2021.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
The name itself explains that the movie is going to be filled with Martial arts and Kung-fu. The Shang-chi character is the master of unarmed combat, which first appeared in Marvel Comics in 1973. Although Shang-chi was born as the son of supervillain Fu Manchu but later opposed his father’s ways.
Simu Liu has been cast as Shang-Chi and Tony Leung as The Mandarin. Destin Daniel Cretton is directing from a script by Dave Callaham. The movie is will be released on May 7, 2021.
Doctor Strange and The Multiverse Madness
The term multiverse is exciting enough to bring so many questions about multiple universes with multiple superheroes in them. And this movie is going to open up multiple storylines and possibilities like never before. The good news is that Sam Raimi is going to direct the movie, who has prior experience with the superhero movies.
The movie is going to release on November 5, 2021.
Thor: Love and Thunder
Just like Thor: Ragnarok, Taiki Waititi is going to write and direct his movie. The movie is going to introduce the female thor as Natalie Portman (Jane Foster) is going to wield the hammer just like she does in the comics.
Ex-Batman, Christian Bale has also joined the cast of Thor: Love and Thunder and he might be playing the negative role in the movie but it is not for sure until now. The new release date for the movie is February 28, 2022.
Captain Marvel: 2 and Black Panther 2
Marvel in its new phase 4 schedule has announced Captain Marvel 2 for July 8, 2022. Yes, the fan favourite movie finally has a release date set between Black Panther 2 May 8, 2022. The much-awaited sequels will be slotted back to back.
