5 Types Orgasms (Deep Inner Explosions) Every Woman Should Experience!
Ever wondered how easy it is for men to reach climax during coitus? Well, not all of them, but at least 90% of them? But the same doesn’t apply to women. It is said that around 30% of women are lucky enough to get an orgasm during sex. Ugh, right?
That said, one needs to know that the sexual response of women is completely different from that of men. And, unlike men, women have a plethora of erogenous zones (yas queen!) that enables them to experience several types of ‘happy endings’, multiple times, at ease.
Here are five types of orgasms every woman must experience in her lifetime.
1. Clitoral Orgasm
If you’ve never reached the big “O” ever, clitoral orgasm is the way, to begin.
A woman’s clitoris is a sexual organ that’s small and extremely sensitive, thanks to thousands of nerve endings present at the top of the vaginal opening. Other than providing only sexual pleasure, the clitoris doesn’t serve any other function.
How to achieve it:For starters, you need to figure out if you like being stimulated directly or indirectly. This simply means, either you get off by touching your labia, clitoris, and the clitoris hood. So, before you start introducing the sex toy, start by using your fingers and running them in a spiralling motion around your clit. And then, move towards spiralling over your clit and then back out again. By doing so, you will learn how every touch of yours or your partners works for you.
2. Vaginal/G-spot Orgasm
The infamous ‘is-it-or-is-it-not-there’ spot, the G-spot, is the top-most erogenous area in a woman’s body. It is located in the urethral sponge near the opening of the vaginal wall, which can be stimulated during sexual activity. This part of a woman’s body is equivalent to that of the prostate.
How to achieve it:Before indulging in this act, pee. Because the sensation you get while achieving climax through G-spot stimulation is that of a wanting to pee. You can insert the middle finger, or both middle and index finger. While doing so, you’ll feel a grooved texture inside the vagina. Setup base there as you move your fingers in a “come-hither” motion to stimulate. You could also use a toy there as it rubs and vibrates in that area. And, if you’re having penetrative sex, try a position that hits the G-spot. Usually, the rear end works for this.
3. Nipple Orgasm
Unlike G-spot, you know where your nipples are. It’s out there. So they’re relatively easier for achieving an orgasm. But, it’s subjective. When your nipples are stimulated, the chemical oxytocin is unleashed. This results in the similar contractions and blood flow in the uterine and the vagina that’s associated with the “O”.
How to achieve it:Since nipple orgasms are subjective, you shouldn’t be hell-bent on achieving an orgasm when the nipples are being stimulated. Instead, you must focus on the pleasure that you’re receiving from it. Most women find that they’re aroused when their partner sucks, pinches, or bites the nipples. So, it all comes down to what works best for you. Either a light touch, gentle cupping, or some heavy sucking.
4. Anal Orgasm
The nerves on the anterior of the vagina are the same as that of the rectum. So, the vagina-havers can feel a lot of arousals when their rectums are stimulated. And the never-ending clitoris goes all the way back to the anus, giving it easy access to the rear-end stimulation that can fire up the clit.
How to achieve it:Don’t rush. Start by applying lots of lube and inserting your finger and working your way up towards the belly button area. The same as how you’d insert your finger in the vagina. By doing this, you’re stimulating the central nervous system that will trigger an orgasm.
5. Blended Orgasm
Blended Orgasms are exactly what it sounds like. You’re having an orgasm that is a mixture of clitoral stimulation, along with stimulating other organs. This is easily achievable once you’re a pro at achieving clitoral orgasm.
How to achieve it:Theoretically, you can experience blended orgasm by stimulating erogenous areas, including nipples and G-spot, simultaneously. But, most people, go for the easy route that is by stimulating G-spot and clitoris at the same time.
So ladies, why stop with one when you can have many? Think of orgasms like a tool. A wellness routine. Relaxation therapy. When you’re relaxed, you feel rejuvenated.
