Too good to be true? Let’s find out!
As trendy as she is, Vanessa is all about that sparkle and style. She makes sure everything around her is in the latest trend, and this counts her diet too – intermittent fasting and keto.
Vanessa in a recent interview with the Women’s Health magazine revealed that she has been following the intermittent fasting diet and the reason behind it was, she saw one of her friend following it and how well it worked. She even said that she could see her friend ageing backwards.
While her intermittent fasting game is going strong, Vanessa makes sure she remains healthy and hence follows a keto diet as well.
In an interview with the People magazine, Vanessa said, “I’ve been intermittent fasting a lot, because for me, I love pasta, I love pizza, and when I’m not eating carbs I feel like a little piece of me dies.” (Oh yes we feel you girl). She also added saying that she eats during a six-hour period each day (from noon to 6 p.m), and then fast for the other 18 hours.
She also speaks how this diet works wonders for her but also admits saying that the first two weeks would be really rough and difficult, but gradually it would surely make you feel more grounded and energetic. And she also reveals ‘the best part’ that she can eat almost anything and that includes PIZZA! (Can’t wait to start this diet)
Yet, she says that eating for just 6 hours each day gets a little rough and that is when she switches over to keto.
“If you have the right ingredients to keep ingredients to keep you on track, I think it’s amazing”Vanessa Hudgens
Vanessa makes sure she eats a lot of healthy fats and this girl absolutely loves peanut butter. Keto diet is her main secret to a energetic lifestyle. Her keto day starts off with eggs, bacon and half an avocado for breakfast, followed by a salad made with chicken and some more avocado and lots of green goodies sprinkled with nuts or fruits for lunch. While her dinner is usually a salmon or a stead topped with butter and a salad with a fresh sautéed vegetable side.
“No carbs, no dairy, no refined sugar. It’s eating real foods. It’s honestly high-fat, high-protein. It’s what going to make you feel fuller for longer,” says Miss Gabriella Montez (only fans would recognise this name)
We know that you’re already planning on getting this diet style on your checklist, but the endline is that, this diet isn’t meant for the weak heart, because with a intense diet like this one, comes a lot of rough days and mood swings.
