Hands down, the fittest and the most entertaining actors Bollywood can ever have. Our Khiladi generally has a very tight schedule for the day and he doesn’t like to play with it. He wakes up exactly with the sun at 5:30 am and the first thing he does is go outside for a walk. After his walk, he likes to swim for an hour or two, followed by yoga and his martial arts practice. He finally ends up his morning workout session by meditating. Since he doesn’t have a particular diet, he likes to start his day with a heavy meal of paranthas and a glass of milk.
Alia recently started her own YouTube channel so she could connect personally with her fans and share bits and pieces of her life through it. Recently, she uploaded a video spilling the secrets about her morning routine. In the video, she mentions how she avoids making social media her priority in the morning. Instead, she likes to update herself reading the news having her lemon water by the side. She then talks about this new addition in her routine, ‘One Line A Day’ journal. She talks about how every morning she likes to write one line in her diary concluding the previous day. Alia loves to hold on to memories so that she can look back on them in the future.
