Before the family vlogging trend took off, Kardashians were already on it. They are probably the most public family of all time. All the members are under intense media scrutiny, including Khloe.
Khloe, many times dubbed as the ‘fat sister’, has had a major transformation over the past 12 years she has been under the limelight. Earlier, she never paid attention to her diet or the level of her physical activity. But the media attention and her tumultuous relationships changed everything. Although Khloe Kardashian’s physical evolution has had lots of ups and downs, she has managed to lose a whopping 40 pounds.

New to the Scene
When Keeping Up with the Kardashian’s debuted in 2007, Khloé was immediately billed as “the fat sister.” Instant life in the spotlight was hard for her. She was constantly being compared to her older (and petite) sisters, Kim and Kourtney.
“The fabulous Kardashian sisters were not an easy act to follow … I just didn’t look like them,” The star wrote in their book, Kardashian Konfidential, in March 2008.
Afterwards, in 2009 Khloé debuted her slim figure in a tight purple frock. Later she revealed she lost weight using the weight loss program QuickTrim. Khloe had always been an emotional eater, especially after her parents’ divorce. Therefore, she soon gained back all her weight again in 2010
“If I can make other people feel good about their ups and downs in weight, then I want to be that person,” Khloe told Us Weekly.
In 2011 she took a break from QuickTrimm and stepped out with a more toned body largely due to upping her exercise regimen. As a result of doing 30 minutes of boxing, hiking, cardio daily, and even using a sauna suit to work out.
Lamar Odom, her then-husband, was always constant support through her weight struggles. “Lamar tells me he loves my body and I’m beautiful multiple times a day. I’ve never had that before: Someone saying, ‘Without makeup, without clothes, you’re stunning.’ He loves my body and loves that womanly shape.”
While hosting The X Factor in fall 2012 alongside Mario Lopez, she had noticeably shed pounds. Khloe Kardashian’s physical evolution was marvellous, thanks to changing her eating habits and boxing classes. She wore a leg-bearing sequence dress and was feeling sexy enough to show off her curves.
Khloé later disclosed that she wasn’t looking to lose her legendary backside, despite working out more. She told Cosmopolitan in March 2013, “Girls tell me and my sisters all the time, ‘We love your booties. Just yesterday a thin stylist said to me, ‘I wish I had your booty. I don’t have one.'”
Consistency is her Secret
Stepping out on May 22, 2013, the 5-foot-10 star was looking amazing, showing off her 20-pound weight loss. She was wearing a red-and-white striped dress. But a few online commentators accused her of losing weight through surgery.
Khloé protested back via a tweet which said, “People LOVE to hate. I have worked really hard to be healthy and I am proud of my body! It’s all ME! I did it the healthy LONG way. Please don’t discredit my hard, long work. Don’t hate because you couldn’t do it.”
The key to her weight loss is consistency. Working out for 4 days in a week and eating everything in moderation is her secret.
In a blogpost, Kardashian once wrote, “I’m proud of my body. My bodyweight will always be something that I’ll struggle with for the rest of my life, but I’m finally in a good place and learning to love me for me, and not somebody else’s standards.”
After her split with Odom due to the rumours of drug use and cheating, she became even sexier. If that was possible!
“I’m feeling good. I’ve worked very hard on my body so I think now I can s*x it up a little!”
On June 19, 2014, Khloe showed off her great physique. The Kardashian was wearing ripped denim shorts, a black one-piece swimsuit, and an unbuttoned denim shirt.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan Australia, she said, “If I ate better, I would lose weight faster, but I don’t want to. I work out really hard so I can have my champagne and that part of life. I’d rather take longer to lose weight, but have fun doing it.”
On May 22, 2015, at 1 Oak nightclub in Las Vegas, The Strong Looks Better Naked author flaunted her toned abs. She wore a sexy black minidress with sheer panelling over her midriff and looked stunning.
Furthermore, she appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on February 13, 2016. Matching black bra paired with a mesh top and skin-tight black pants is what the reality TV star opted for.
Her New Man
On November 21, 2016, she arrived at Angel Ball hosted by Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation For Cancer Research in NYC. The Revenge Body host adorned herself in a nearly naked dress. You could truly see how far Khloe Kardashian has come in her physical evolution!
Consequently, she was also spotted with Tristan Thompson on multiple occasions.
Khloe told the US Weekly in March of the same year, “I cut out dairy and when I did, I lost 11 pounds instantly. I’m not a diet person, but I believe in taking dairy out completely. I won’t have real milk, I have almond milk, and I’ve never missed it. Cheese is the only thing that’s my struggle.”
Pregnancy rumours soon started floating around. On December 8, 2017, Khloe walked through LAX airport in an oversized camouflage jacket. Just 12 days later, she announced her pregnancy through an Instagram post.
It was captioned, “My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby! Tristan, thank you for loving me the way that you do! Thank you for treating me like a Queen! Thank you for making me feel beautiful at all stages! Tristan, most of all, Thank you for making me a MOMMY!!! You have made this experience even more magical than I could have envisioned!”
Most noteworthy was Khloe showing off her bump when she was around eight months pregnant, on March 7, 2018. She looked as beautiful as before, even while being pregnant.
She talked about her altered workout routine on Instagram. “Of course, I can’t go as hard as I did before, and I really do miss my intense workouts. Honestly, though, I’m just happy I still have the energy! But there is another thing I miss: my pre-workout energy drinks! They made me wired in the best way possible, LOL. My workouts are definitely not the same without them, but I’m proud of myself for staying so mentally strong right now!”
November 11, 2018 People’s Choice Awards, Khloe Kardashian showed off her physical evolution in a sleeveless gown with a high slit! Additionally, she revealed that she had lost 33 pounds after birthing True.
“After I had True, I didn’t put any pressure on myself to lose the baby weight. I just wanted to get back to my regular routine from before I got pregnant, which was working out five to six times a week. I never compare myself to other women as every woman has their own journey. We also all have different priorities in our day-to-day lives. One of mine is having that one hour where I can be selfish and alone in my place of refuge,” she added. “Exercise is something I’ve always used to maintain my sanity and relieve stress. And, now that I have a baby, I still want to keep something that’s my time, my space, something I’m doing for myself.”
Slaying After Cheating Scandal
On February 19, 2019, Tristan cheated on Khloe with Kylie’s best friend Jordyn Woods. But she wasn’t letting this hold her back!! She was spotted in a sexy outfit just one day later the fashion line’s Melrose store opening. Khloe wore a PrettyLittleThing crop top and high-waisted pants. Hence, sending the father of her daughter ‘I am a confident woman.’ message.
It’s no wonder the 35-year-old still looks so stunning. She has not only reclaimed her body over these years but also did it the healthy way.
