Money Heist Season 3 Cliffhanger Finale
The heist series is scheduled to premiere its Season 4 on Netflix on April 3, 2020. The fourth installment has been the much-anticipated one as the previous season ended on a nail-biting cliffhanger.
The finale saw Nairobi (a member of the heist) getting shot in the chest by inspector Alicia Sierra. Now, Season 4 will reveal whether or not Nairobi is dead. Meanwhile, fans are doubly excited to seeing her making a dashing comeback in Season 4. However, if she is pronounced dead; it will bring the fan’s excitement to an utter disappointment.
That’s the kind of show Netflix’s Money Heist is; it throws you into a moral conundrum whether to choose to be with the police or the gang of robbers.
Season 4 trailer brings a new face on the forefront
The release of the Money Heist Season 4 trailer had a number of major reveals. Apart from the main star cast that featured in Season 3, the trailer brought a new character on the frontline. However, the new addition in the cast will not play from the team of robbers but the police.
Meet the Spanish actor José Manuel Poga who will play Gandia; the new major antagonist in Money Heist Season 4. He was first introduced in Season 3 when he tried to resist the gang as they invaded the Bank of Spain.
Gandia was also responsible for almost blinding Palermo (Rodrigo De la Serna) in the opening episodes of the third season. He introduces himself as the security chief of the Bank of Spain as he reveals to the police how he managed to escape the hostage situation.
If the trailer is anything to go by it looks like Gandia could be collaborating with the police enforcement to bring down the gang of robbers.
Fans Think Gandia Might Just Be Pulling Off A Hoax
Reddit users believe Gandia might just be another member of the gang pulling off the heist. The main clue for this is his name which many viewers have noticed is similar to the format of the other characters. And if you Google Gandia; it’s a city in Spain.
In addition, given the kind of names other characters have in the series, for eg, Nairobi, Tokio, Berlin and Helsinki, it kind of adds up.
