- The Amazing Race’ Season 3 shooting comes to a stop
While the show had to come to a halt, the makers remain optimistic about its return. According to the “Deadline”, CBS remains hopeful that season 33 will safely get back to entertain its dedicated fans. The website also reported that the makers will decide on countries that are safe to travel to once shooting for the next season commences.
However, since the shooting for season 33 had begun way before the global lockdown, the makers will have to change the locations mid-shoot. The first few episodes have been shot in Scotland and England. The producers haven’t revealed any information on the new locations yet.

The release date of ‘The Amazing Race’ Season 32
Season 32 was supposed to release this year after almost two long years. CBS kept shifting its date, but the current global health crisis pushed its release even further. Apparently, it was shot way back in December 2018, and it’s the longest we’ve had to wait for this reality series to return.

What to expect from season 32 of the ‘The Amazing Race’?
Our patience could be rewarded with an exciting new season of ‘The Amazing Race’ this year. It will feature a new cast but makers will retain the core elements which have made the show so popular since the beginning. Gold Derby reported what Phil Keoghan had to say on the upcoming instalment
“We’re wanting to get back to a lot of the core elements of ‘Race’, having come off this season where we pulled in people from various seasons from different shows. We went back to basics for 32. All the things to me that make the show work. Everybody always says, ‘What’s new and different?’ But at the end of the day, fans like the fact that there are certain things they can expect from the show and they want to see those things again and again. And there’s nothing wrong with that. If you look at shows with incredible longevity, they’re the shows that keep giving fans what they want. So, I don’t think we always have to be changing the core concept of what ‘Race’ is all about. It’s so good at a fundamental level. Why mess with something that everybody loves?”
