What happens in ‘Manhunt’ Season 1 and 2?
The series focuses on the FBI’s longest and most expensive investigation in history, as it embarks on the hunt for terrorist Ted Kaczynski. He is referred to as “UNABOMBER” by the FBI, which is an acronym for University and Airline Bomber. Kaczynski terrorized the U.S. for nearly 20 years, evading capture for decades.
His bombing campaigns across the country in 1978 and 1995 have injured 23 people and taken three lives. It’s a fascinating look into the FBI investigation but has been criticized for some historical inaccuracies. ‘Manhunt: Unabomber’ is engrossing and worth a watch with its elements of surprise.

The second season follows the case of Eric Rudolph, also known as the Olympic Park Bomber. Based on the real-life American terrorist, the season follows the perpetrator while featuring the media storm that consumed the life of Richard Jewell. A security guard and officer, Jewell was the true hero of the case and was falsely accused of planting the bombs by the media. ‘Manhunt: Deadly Games’ brings his heart-breaking story to life.
Where can you watch ‘Manhunt’?

The series has become all the more popular after being available to stream on Netflix. ‘Manhunt’ is easily one of the streaming giant’s top 10 series, and with much praise from critics, a third season seems plausible.
