Trump Suggest Injecting Disinfectants into Human Body to Kill coronavirus
The makers of Lysol have issued a public warning against ingesting their product. The step came in after President Donald Trump mused about injecting disinfectant to kill Coronavirus. The company said, “Under no circumstance should our disinfectant products be administered into the human body through injection, ingestion or any other route.”
In his coronavirus briefings, US President Donald Trump has suggested injecting people with disinfectant and soaking in UV rays to cure Coronavirus. The President’s magical imagination sprouted after William Bryan acting head of the US Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology Directorate gave a presentation about the government’s new research on coronavirus.

Homeland Security’s Coronavirus Research
The research shows how the virus responds to high temperature, climate and surface. Bryan illustrated the effects of high temperature on the virus and said, “The virus dies quickest in the presence of direct sunlight.”
Hoping that COVID-19 will be typically less contagious in the warm weather like its distant cousin influenza. However, Bryan cautioned that it would be ‘irresponsible’ to suggest that this means summer might stop the virus transmission.
Apart from the effectiveness of sunlight in killing the virus similar effects were observed about its exposure to humidity and temperature. The research finds that increasing the temperature or humidity or both is less favourable for the virus.

“I can tell you that bleach will kill the virus in five minutes. Isopropyl alcohol will kill the virus in 30 seconds and that’s with no manipulation, no rubbing,” Bryan informed about the effects of disinfectants on the virus.
Trump’s Coronavirus Musing
This was President Trump’s cue to ask the most bizarre question anyone would have asked from the White House podium. “So supposing we hit the body with a tremendous, whether it’s ultraviolet or just very powerful light and I think you said that hasn’t been checked but you’re going to test it,” Trump naively asked.
He turned to Bryan enquiring, “And then I said supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way. And I think you’re going to test that too?”
But Trump went on, ‘knock out the virus in a minute, one minute.’ And suggested “Is there a way we can do something like that by injection, inside, or almost a cleaning? It would be interesting to check that.”
The musing sounded like Trumps suggests injecting disinfectants to kill Coronavirus. On being enquired about this could mean he is also suggesting summer month would be safer Trump said, “Again, I say, maybe you can, maybe you can’t.” He added,
I’m not a doctor. I’m like a person who has a good you-know-what.
That’s true Donald Trump is not a doctor, he suggests injecting disinfectants to kill Coronavirus! President had been criticized before for championing many untested drugs as a possible cure for Coronavirus.
The director of the Center for Disaster Preparedness at Columbia University, Dr Irwin Redlener told MSNBC, “The very fact that the president actually asked somebody about what sounded like injecting disinfectants or isopropyl alcohol into the human body was kind of jaw-dropping.”
