- Plot hole 1: The curious case of baby Charlie (Lucifer’s niece)
Lucifer season 5 is coming soon but before that fans are confused with the turn of the 9th episode of Lucifer season 4 titled Save Lucifer. Lucifer’s angel brother Amenadiel had a baby with human Dr. Linda Martin. Charlie, their newborn is half-angel and half-human. He was quickly kidnapped by Dromos in a pretext of making him the new king of hell.
Well, Charlie’s birth has left us confused along with the father Amenadiel himself. Fans pointing the plot-hole have said on Reddit,
“So, how is Charlie a celestial baby? When Amenadiel got Linda pregnant, Lucifer stated the only possible way for him to get Linda pregnant would be if Amenadiel had become 100 percent human because celestial beings CAN NOT get humans pregnant.”
This cryptic human-angel baby Charlie has left us confused. It is left to be seen if Charlie plot hole gets resolved on Lucifer season 5.
- Plot Hole 2: When Maths go wrong on Episode 3 of Lucifer season 1
Now that fans are waiting for the release of Lucifer season 5, some fans are busy re-watching the series. The very first season of Lucifer could not escape the sharp eyes of the fans who found a glaring plot hole.
Episode 3 of Lucifer season 1 showed Lucifer encouraging one of the mortals being Ty to lose his virginity. Ty ends up becoming a murder suspect of the girl he slept with. Chloe makes a massive mistake that the fans have picked up as a plot hole in Lucifer.
They have mentioned—
“During the credits, Chloe said of the victim “coroner puts her time of death between 1 and 3 am.”
However, the video footage that they analyze tells a different story altogether. Pointing the plot hole in Lucifer the fans continued—
“When she looks at the security tape, the time code starts rolling at 22:18 and goes on ‘for 3 hours.’”
Well, looks like detective Chloe gets all her maths wrong. It might be Lucifer effect though! After all who can remember boring maths around the charming Lucifer?
- Plot Hole 3: Lucifer’s wings have no angelic effect on commoners
Remember all the boasting we heard from the wing owner himself. They have Divine powers and could heal somebody and would make people crazy around him.
On season 3 of Lucifer, tons of pairs are thrown by Lucifer. When he is trapped by Cain, Lucifer protects with his angel wings. But in the process those guys were unfazed. They weren’t surprised at all. This plot hole in Lucifer made the whole wing thing look foolish.
- Plot hole 4: Where does all the money come from on Lucifer
Our biggest question is where all the money comes from. How can Lucifer afford a luxurious lifestyle? He operates a nightclub called LUX which runs at a net loss.
Is Lucifer dealing with drugs or stealing money?
He paid Dr. Linda for her services by sleeping with her. Does he pay everyone by sharing the bed? The questions are endless but the series has never delved into explaining Lucifer’s high-end lifestyle.
