Travis Scott’s Astronomical concert is “a one of a kind musical journey” from the developers Epic Games.
Fortnite’s latest crossover event featuring artist Travis Scott who’ll launch his new song Astronomical is ready as players brace for the doors to open. The first scheduled Astronomical concert starts on April 23 at 7 p.m. EDT. Those on the North American server who aren’t able to make it to a spot in time can now try on the April 25, 6 p.m. EDT slot.
While players were told to log on at least a half-hour before to get a spot, that hasn’t been the cast. Travis Scott’s Astronomical concert is “a one of a kind musical journey” from the developers Epic Games. It will also be the world premiere for a brand-new track.
All the fuss
Fortnite’s in-game events are notorious for testing server limits. The Travis Scott concert is sure to get the game technology extremely heavy. Because of this reason, Epic has decided to hold multiple tours around the world on different dates instead of a single worldwide event.
In a statement, Epic said, “To make sure everyone has a chance to experience Astronomical, we’re setting up multiple tour dates with showtimes for players around the globe.” You’ll have to check your area timings to make sure you don’t miss Fortnite’s Astronomical Travis Scott concert.
Other stuff to know
Epic has also released Travis Scott as a new addition to the Icon Series. That means Fortnite players now have access to Travis Scott’s Outfits and Emotes.
To enter the Astronomical Concert, players need to perform three challenges – Dance for 10 seconds on the dance floor at The Yacht or Apres Ski, Bounce off different giant Astro heads and Visit the stage north of Sweaty Sands.
Moreover, if you attend one of the conferences, you will get an Astroworld Cyclone Glider awards and two loading screens.
