Mike Tyson plans to make a 407-acre weed holiday resort
American boxing legend Mike Tyson is planning to build a 407-acre marijuana-themed holiday resort in California.
Tyson, who was the youngest boxer to win a heavyweight title at the age of 20, wants to set up a video game arena and an amphitheater. The purpose of the resort will be to help people understand the health benefits of marijuana.

Tyson set up his own cannabis-themed company back in 2016-‘Tyson Holistic Holdings’.
And that following year, he began developing the ‘Tyson Ranch,’ however, it is not yet fully built.
When the project is completed, Tyson hopes that the Southern California resort will be an enjoyable experience for people with its tourism attractions, including a huge lazy river along with festivals which he and his business partner Rob Hickman describe as ‘ The Lollapalooza of Cannabis’.

“I thought about how much good I could do by helping people with cannabis. It was a no-brainer”.

“I’ve been fighting for over 20 years, and my body has a lot of wear and tear. I had two surgeries and I used marijuana to calm my nerves, and it would take the pain away… But before, they had me on those opiates, and those opiates had me all screwed up.”
However, it was also said that the ranch will be used for cannabis research and education and will center around the use of the drug for health purposes.
“He’s building a holistic centre for health and wellness.

“There will be testing at the university. It’s going to be about educating people on the healing benefits, how to grow, and how to be in proper business.”
As of right now, it is unclear when the Tyson Ranch will be fully complete, but we’re sure it will definitely be something to look forward to.
