Many of us are resolution makers.
And have been since their teenage times. People would set goals, rules-realistic /not so realistic and a very well crafted dashboard, broken down into specifics of things to do and with timelines. It may work or may not work but you ‘ll see people repeating this process every year wanting to start a fresh.
The success rate usually is like 10% of such goals and people forget that they have feelings and not all decisions win over the feelings. This rate will never be more than 10% ever and the life as usual will come in the way to live a life of a robot.
What’s the bigger goal? Then there are means to achieve it! Rather than living a life of resolutions in bits and pieces – one should remind oneself that being fluid is everything here. If you fix your view then you are looking into the rear mirror only.
So this year, do not get into the trap of dashboards for your life both personal and professional. Yet,If at all, there are just two things worth your time:
Pursue your work and career with thrust and give your aspirations a full blown chance.
And invest in your close relationships that create unbeatable emotional value.
