Japanese police arrested 13 years old girl for posting infinite loop code
Japanese police have led up a 13-year-old girl from the city of Kariya about her association in circulating the popup window which can’t be closed.
Essentially, a few programs permitted individuals got on top of it to close the window. For the first time ever, clients of Microsoft Edge and Firefox had something to be egotistical about.
You can bet that all three of them were enthusiastic.
Pop up could be closed in some browsers but could not be closed in others such as chrome on desktop and the majority of mobile browsers.
The police arrested the girl for distributing the link to the page on which the link was stored. It was actually hosted in a few places, but the girl stands accused of publicising that fact.
The teenage girl did not create the malicious code, which had been shared on online forums by multiple users for the past few years.
The Japanese news agency also reported, that the police also searched the house of a second suspect, 47-year-old man from Yamagachi and are also looking for 3 other suspects for the same crime for circulating the link on internet forums.
Another 13-year-old was arrested back in 2017 for creating a mobile device virus that rendered any device it was loaded on completely useless.
