Background
It all started when Lara Jean wrote five secret love letters to her five crushes from childhood till now. She actually feels she can express herself and emotions better through writing than in words.
So she addresses a letter to each of her crushes –Peter, Josh, Lucas, John, Kenny.
However, all hell breaks loose when Lara Jean’s sister Kitty discovers those letters from Lara’s closet buried deep inside.

Her mind walks the evil road and she decides to send out those letters to all the boys. The problem starts when the letters actually reach each boy one by one.
The film and its sequels are based on a novel authored by Jenny Han.
In P.S I Still Love John Ambrose McClaren is played by Jordan Fisher
We have caught a glimpse of John in All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, however, he will be a part much larger role in P.S. I Still Love You. The film also stars Israel Broussard, Janel Parrish, John Corbett, Emilija Baranac, Madeleine Arthur and Anna Cathcart.
Who is John Ambrose McClaren?

In the second installment of P.S. I Still Love You, John belongs to Afro-American ethnicity and has dark hair and brown eyes, and a deep colour skin tone.
John has entered to steal Lara’s heart and mend her broken heart. He is one of the many recipients of Lara Jean’s secret love letters. John enters her life the exact same way Peter did by (literally) falling for him.
Lara Jean writes a total of five letters — Peter, Josh, Lucas, John, and Kenny. Two are done with, Peter and John, there are three still remaining to unfold their mystery love for Lara.

In the second installment of the movie, when Lara Jean clashes with John again she is surprised at how much he’s changed. He seems more confident and grown into a handsome man. John Ambrose is described as sweet, quiet and a shy person by Lara Jean.
He is more like a nerd who likes to read; kind of an introvert, but he has lots of friends and liked by everybody. He is intelligent and smart in Model UN.
